We collect only the data you actively provide:

Contact form / access requests: email address submitted via the community form. This data is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and forwarded to our inbox. No other personal data is collected or stored on our servers.

Server logs: your hosting provider may log standard access data (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) as required for technical operation. These logs are not used for profiling and are deleted within 30 days.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your email address is processed solely to respond to your access request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31(1) nDSG). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Processors

Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details. To avoid this, you may download the fonts locally — contact us if you need assistance.

Formspree: form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA). See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for their privacy policy. Data is transferred under standard contractual clauses.

Email addresses from access requests are retained only as long as necessary to process your request or maintain correspondence. We do not build mailing lists without explicit consent.
